  • Bespoke Production: Each item is made-to-order. Please allow 10 to 15 business days for artisanal manufacturing and our rigorous multi-point quality inspection.
  • Transit Duration: Once your order clears our facility, international transit typically requires 10 to 15 business days. This timeline may vary based on your specific geographic location and local customs clearance procedures.
  • Consolidated Lead Time: Expect your delivery within a window of 20 to 30 business days from the date of order confirmation.

2. Order Modifications & Cancellations

To maintain our production schedule and ensure timely delivery, we offer a limited window for changes:

  • 24-Hour Grace Period: You may request a full refund or order modification within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Post-24 Hour Production: After this window, the procurement of materials and handcrafting begins. Consequently, we cannot accept cancellations, redirects, or modifications beyond the initial 24 hours.

3. Damage Protection Protocol

International freight involves multiple touchpoints. To ensure you are fully protected against transit-related issues, we require the following Verification Procedure:

Mandatory Unboxing Video: To qualify for a damage claim, customers must record a continuous, unedited video of the unboxing process. This video must show the condition of the external packaging before opening and the state of the furniture as it is revealed.

  • Resolution Process: If damage is identified in the unboxing video, PARALLEL FURNITURE will facilitate a solution by covering 100% of professional repair costs at a certified service center near your residence.
  • Claim Submission: Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your unboxing video and a formal repair estimate.

4. Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the bespoke nature of rattan craftsmanship and the significant logistics costs associated with international freight:

  • Final Sale: All purchases are considered Final Sale. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or “change of mind” refunds once the product has entered production or transit.
  • Customer Responsibility: We kindly ask that you meticulously review all product dimensions, material textures, and color specifications provided on our product pages prior to finalizing your order.
